FOOD FILMPROGRAM FOR ADVENTUROUS EATERS
Sometime ago the marvelous Meike Krüger and I were exchanging stories about disappointing foodfilm dinner events we experienced and bitch-slapping the unispiring and down right tasteless food that was served at all of them. Of course - if you know me - I can’t help myself but feel obliged to try and do it right. Bitching about stuff is one thing but then maybe step up and accept the challenge of doing it better and at the same time create an excuse to cook together is 🙌🏽
So here we are.
Join us every two months, beginning on November 12th, for a series of hopefully inspiring and tasty food films with accompanying dinner. We kick off with a funky cult classic - ‘spaghettiwestern meets ramen’ is what is said about this movie - we agree!
Get ready for nights of watching the film while eating a finger licking multi course menu inspired by the movie - cooked and served by yours truly and Meike (btw. did you buy her recently published cookbook ‘Een tafel vol’ yet?)
